Are you looking for a safe space and support as you work through life stressors? My goal is to help clients who are looking to start a new chapter in their life. I am passionate about helping people find purpose, fulfillment and direction along with stability and healthy lifestyles individually, in relationships and in families. I use straightforward approaches to help clients build the skills they need to fulfill their goals. My experiences have given me the knowledge and familiarity necessary to work with the work with populations such as individuals struggling with addiction, at-risk youth, their families, and individuals suffering from varying mental health issues. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and approaches to help clients identify unhealthy thinking patterns and core beliefs that affect their ability to maintain healthy, balanced lifestyles. Using individualized planning I work from a combination of therapeutic approaches such as, but not limited to Gestalt, DBT and Motivational Interviewing, to assist each client in meeting the goals that uniquely fit their needs. Each person is treated as the expert in their life as we work together to build the insight and understanding necessary to bring them from where they are to where they want to be.
