I believe every individual can benefit from psychotherapy to help improve aspects of their lives that are presenting problems or obstacles. I provide neutral, non-judgemental, compassionate, supportive therapy. I utilize an eclectic approach combining strength based, solution focused strategies to help adults address their current challenges or struggles and improve their overall well-being. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Sociology from Boston College. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. I am currently the Director of Human Services for the Town of Darien, CT. I have helped adults of all ages suffering from depression, anxiety, life transitions, divorce, grief and loss. I have been a clinical social worker for over 25 years and am licensed in Connecticut. I completed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) basic training (EMDRIA approved).
