Specialties: Trauma, Complex trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Life changes and transitions,

Introduction

Welcome! I provide culturally affirming and trauma-informed Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, an experiential approach that can effectively and gently support a wide range of therapeutic needs. This includes struggles with life changes and transitions, emotional distress such as anxiety and depression, and the lingering impacts of past trauma. It is possible to heal from these emotional injuries, release burdens and beliefs about yourself that you carry as a result of painful experiences, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. How might these parts of you show up? Maybe you've noticed internal critics, overwhelm, patterns of people-pleasing, reactivity, numbing—or else feeling that you are either too much or not enough. With gentle curiosity, I will guide you in getting to know the many resourceful, dedicated, fierce, and vulnerable parts of you—and learn how to access the core qualities of a healing Self within. My approach is tailored to your unique circumstances and individual needs, that trusts and honors your own pacing and goals for therapy. All backgrounds, experiences, cultural identities, and parts of you are welcome. Sometimes the first step is the hardest one to take. I would love to meet you!
