Introduction

I am a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a virtual private practice in California. I provide online therapy services in California and Florida in English and Spanish. I specialize in working with a variety of populations such as children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I received my Masters Degree in Multicultural Counseling in San Diego, California and my Doctorate Degree in Marital and Family Therapy in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I have a passion for having intentional conversations in a way that help people live more aligned, confident, whole, and fulfilling lives. My respectful approach explores how behaviors, patterns, or habitual thoughts make sense in your life, in your family, and in your social and cultural circles. As a woman of color, it is also my mission to empower Black, Indigenous, Women of Color and explore topics like self-love, self-acceptance, and radical self-care. You are a whole VIBE Queens and I enjoy serving as a mirror to support you in the process of owning that reflection. My warm and empathic approach combined with my authenticity creates a VIBE for people to come as they are and to reclaim a vibrant life again.
