Managing our mental health and wellness can feel overwhelming, but I want you to know that you are not alone. My approach to therapy is supportive and nurturing, but direct. Together we can explore ways we can gently hold ourselves accountable to create the changes we want to make in life, or come to terms with aspects of our life we cannot control or change. I specialize in CBT, goal-oriented, and solution-focused therapies, but incorporate additional treatment approaches including DBT, ACT, and social rhythms work into the therapeutic process. By drawing upon various treatment approaches, I am able to provide specialized and individualistic care to meet you where you are at in the process of healing and change. Whether you hope to better manage symptoms; learn coping skills and strategies; have support navigating life stressors, changes, and transitions; or processing life experiences, I am here to help.
