She also helps clients to identify healthy relationship qualities and techniques to support them in their path to wellness. In Alicia’s sessions, she often utilizes compassion, openness, acceptance, and caring with her clients. She gives them permission to feel comfortable as the person they are and support them in growing in whichever direction is best for their lives right now. She believes it is her job as a therapist to support clients in exploring what will help them to be healthiest in their lives. She also supports clients in identifying how they can continue to work towards their well-being in their lives outside of the therapy session.
