Everyone struggles sometimes, but we find ourselves struggling a great deal of the time, many people do not seek out the help they need to navigate through their adversities. Coming this far in your search for a counselor shows you are ready to move forward on your journey toward healing. I respect just how difficult it is to take those first steps and as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I am ready to help you move toward overcoming whatever obstacles you have been experiencing in your life. I am certified as a clinical anxiety treatment professional and I have extensive experience working with people dealing with anxiety. I also have specialized training and experience with people dealing with sexual issues, men's issues, issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ population, gender identity exploration, and relationships including polyamorous and consensual nonmonogamy. My experience as a counselor has taught me the importance and value of using a collaborative approach to the healing process and I respect you as the expert of your own life. Together, in a safe and supportive environment, we will explore areas in need of evolving, healing or balancing. I will help you to discover the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and most importantly, move you toward regaining the balance and wellness in your life you deserve.
