I am a South Carolina native that has lived in rural to metropolitan areas. I initially became interested in mental health services after working with homeless teens and individuals impacted by domestic violence. My personal experience has allowed me to understand the effect of life experiences relating to grief, depression, anxiety, trauma and substance use on mental health. I am a parent, a wife of a military veteran, a faith believer, a volunteer, and an advocate. I typically do not think in the terms of or direct you toward being "normal". I embrace being uniquely myself. I support your authenticity toward finding your strength and effective ways to navigate life's experiences. We are all different and that is okay. I am an advocate for internal growth and improvement in our practices. Mojo Therapeutics aims to help you, your family, your group and/or your agency in expanding understanding and developing effective strategies to work toward mental wellness as we navigate the changes that occur in life.
