Introduction

Hello! After retiring from the military in 2021, I transitioned to private practice offering evidence-based psychotherapy by video. I really enjoy clinical work and getting to know the clients I'm working with. I specialize in trauma, mood, and LGBTQ+ issues. I work with adults, and military/veterans in any of the PSYPACT participating states. I’m dedicated to helping you get unstuck from difficult thoughts and feelings so you can reconnect with what matters to you and improve your overall quality of life. I use acceptance-based cognitive strategies (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-specific therapies to help you navigate challenges and move toward your goals. I take a collaborative approach to therapy. We will work together to determine which approach suits you best, and discuss any other therapies we may want to include. Please contact me for a free consultation or to request an appointment. I'm in-network with most major insurance plans in Ohio, Texas, and Virginia. For out-of-network clients, I provide a superbill you can submit to insurance for potential reimbursement of your out-of-pocket costs. Please note, you will have to contact your insurance company to ask if they accept superbills and determine the cost to you. This URL has some additional information on superbills you may find helpful: https://www.choosingtherapy.com/superbill/ Current PSYPACT states include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming
