Introduction

I am a couples and sex therapist who helps people navigate the hard parts in relationships that keep us stuck, unfulfilled, and longing to regain the connection we once had with our partner. I am passionate about improving relationships for couples who have experienced trauma or are caught in a negative sexual cycle. I utilize Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to help couples learn how to communicate in ways that prompt deep connection and understanding. If you are interested in improving your relationship or healing longstanding hurts that keep your relationship from evolving, please consider scheduling a free consultation with me, and let's discuss how I can help you achieve your goals.
