Our well-being is occasionally impacted by stress, difficult life transitions, or trauma. Reaching out for support is often the first step that will put you on a path towards healing. As a psychotherapist I am committed to building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients that are rooted in trust and safety. I have over two decades of experience and have supervised other therapists for several years. I rely on a person-centered and integrative treatment framework that incorporates cognitive behavioral, trauma informed, and attachment-based modalities. Recognizing the complex link between mind and body, I also integrate somatic interventions based on principles of neuropsychology. My areas of expertise include managing anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions, addressing trauma, and enhancing self-esteem. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish, and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming space for all individuals. I have found that what people often need is to connect to the wisdom of their authentic self so that they can heal, grow and thrive in their life and relationships.
