My clients tell me how difficult it was to pick up the phone and make the call and even more difficult to take the next step of scheduling and keeping their appointment. My goal is to help you navigate personal and professional challenges in a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental environment. I work with First Responders, LGBTQ+ community, individuals, and couples. I provide my clients with skills that are practical, easy to use and result oriented; thereby, allowing my clients to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.
