Introduction

Do you struggle with thinking "will I ever feel at peace in my body", "I am worried what people think about me", "I don't feel like I belong"? Perhaps you struggle with confidence, perfectionism or people pIeasing. It may also be that some of these feelings are resulting in troubles with eating, social isolation, skin picking or other behavioral patterns that are making your life feel smaller. If this sounds like you, I believe we may be a good fit. Together we will explore how ways of thinking and acting once served as a way to protect you but are now holding you back. My approach balances space for reflective growth to identify root causes, while also identifying concrete skills and coping tools tailored to your unique goals and symptoms. I use an integrative approach to individualize treatment based on your needs. I draw from modalities such as CBT, CBT-E (for eating disorders), DBT, ERP, psychodynamic, and relational.
