Together, we co-create a relationship founded on deep love and a restored sense of playfulness and connection. By addressing the underlying relational patterns that lead to dysfunction, recurring problems are eliminated. My work with INDIVIDUALS focuses on improving self-worth, restoring a loving connection with the body, and improving secure attachment. Together, we create a space where emotions can be felt and understood. Negative core beliefs, trauma, and unhealthy coping mechanisms are processed and released in order to build the life you desire.
