Introduction

I work with couples and individuals dealing with relationship conflict, sex/gender and intimacy, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, spirituality, and more. My approach to therapy is compassionate, holistic, and solution-focused. Instead of focusing solely on the problem, we focus on what it is you truly want and how to get there. I have healed from severe trauma, addiction, and loss, and now live a life of deep peace and joy. I can help you do the same. My work with COUPLES centers on improving communication, building trust, and increasing emotional and physical intimacy. Together, we co-create a relationship founded on deep love and a restored sense of playfulness and connection. By addressing the underlying relational patterns that lead to dysfunction, recurring problems are eliminated. My work with INDIVIDUALS focuses on improving self-worth, restoring a loving connection with the body, and improving secure attachment. Together, we create a space where emotions can be felt and understood. Negative core beliefs, trauma, and unhealthy coping mechanisms are processed and released in order to build the life you desire.
