Having practiced as a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 12 years, I believe in the potential to grow and heal. I've had the opportunity to work with men and women in intensive outpatient and standard outpatient levels of care as they heal from eating disorders. I've also had the privilege to work with clients as they become better, healthier and stronger physically and mentally as they work on their relationships with their body and food. Additionally, working with new moms, those experiencing the grief of infant loss and miscarriage, and families walking through the struggles of infertility, I've see the hope that grow in the hardest of times. I have specialized, post-graduate training from The Postpartum Stress Institute and extensive experience in supporting families during these times. I know it's tough to ask for help, but I hope you take a risk and reach out. Its worth it. You're worth it.
