Hello! I'm Alixandra, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with an M.A. from Wake Forest University ('23). My passion lies in providing compassionate support to teens and adults under 45 facing challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality BPD, and life adjustments.
