I believe in the transformative power of rewriting our internal dialogues to foster self-compassion and authenticity. I have faith in my clients' innate ability to reshape their lives. With warmth, attunement, and empathy, I ensure that my clients feel deeply understood and valued throughout their journey of healing and development. I work to foster a safe and non judgmental space for my clients to express themselves freely while emphasizing the importance of self-reflection and introspection. By encouraging my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, I set out to aid them in gaining deeper insights into themselves and their patterns of behavior. Through embracing a psychodynamic framework, I delve into the depths of attachment theory, examining how early relationships shape our current selves. Simultaneously, I integrate multicultural theory to honor and address the diverse cultural narratives that influence identity and interpersonal dynamics. By employing evidence-based practices, I ensure a holistic treatment approach, providing nuanced support that acknowledges each client’s individual experience. Through my compassionate guidance, I aim to empower and inspire clients as they navigate their path to personal growth and well-being. I am a mental health counseling intern at Northeast Psychological Wellness and am currently obtaining my master’s degree at New York University. I have developed my skills through a diverse range of educational experiences and through volunteering at a Suicide Preventation Hotline.
