I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing consultation, therapy and assessment services. My practice focuses on supporting individuals and couples to improve their mental health and well-being. My areas of practice include anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions and reproductive health. I help people with adjustment to life changes, such as parenting, retirement or coping with a new medical condition. I have successfully helped people recover from depression, general anxiety and specific phobias. I specialize in Reproductive Health Psychology, supporting individuals and couples through fertility treatments and loss. I provide third party psychological consultation and evaluations for donor recipients, known donors, intended parents, LGBT parents, choice moms, gestational carriers and adoptive parents, if needed. My treatment approach is warm, caring, and non-judgmental. I use evidence-based practices and interventions tailored for your individual needs. I highlight your strengths and encourage insight into your problem areas. We will collaboratively develop flexible goals toward lasting change, so you get the most out of your therapy experience.
