I work from a trauma informed approach and believe it is important to consider stressors you have experienced in the past and are experiencing. I work to help my clients identify their strengths and believe that each individual can heal from previous trauma. I know it can be uncomfortable to be vulnerable with someone, so it is extremely important to me to create a non-judgmental, safe space where you can begin to heal. It takes so much courage to begin your therapy journey. I utilize evidenced based treatments, including EMDR and ACT, to help clients meet their goals.
