Introduction

As a trauma therapist based in Houston, I help clients navigate the complexities of trauma, codependency, and emotional healing through evidence-based therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting. My approach is rooted in compassion and a deep understanding of how past experiences can shape our emotional well-being. Having worked extensively with women's issues, adult survivors of childhood abuse, and the LGBTQIA population my goal is to create a safe and empowering space where healing can take place. Whether you’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or the effects of codependency, I use a personalized therapeutic approach to help you reclaim your sense of self and move toward a healthier, more fulfilled life. EMDR and Brainspotting are trauma-focused therapies that target deep-rooted emotional pain. These methods facilitate healing by helping you process and reframe traumatic memories in a way that allows you to live without being held back by your past. I understand that the journey to emotional healing can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together to help you overcome the effects of trauma and start living a more balanced, authentic life. If you're ready to begin the process of healing or just need someone to talk to, feel free to reach out to schedule an initial consultation. I am here to support you in your journey.
