Introduction

Life is full of obstacles and challenges; sometimes, this can contribute to things feeling hopeless or out of control. Learning healthy tools to overcome and deal with these situations is an important part of mental health as well as physical health. I believe that all people have the potential to improve their situation; sometimes, they just need support to navigate those changes. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard and supported every step of the way. It is very important to me that you feel heard in therapy. We'll explore ways to move forward that feel right to you. This is a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to work through your concerns. I have been providing counseling services for over 20 years. My experience started during my internships working with children in the juvenile justice system and then working with domestic violence survivors. After graduating with my Master's degree, I spent 3 years working at a domestic violence shelter, overseeing case management and children's services while completing my counseling license. I then spent 12 years working in education, providing crisis counseling services. I left education in 2019 and have been offering teletherapy counseling services to adults.
