Introduction

I work with a select number of high-achieving, deeply caring individuals who are suffering with burnout, and/or navigating a season of self-discovery who would like to seek deeper alignment in their lives. My clients are often introspective, highly empathetic, and driven. They are typically curious about their 'neurocomplex wiring' (think potential or late-discovered ADHD, autism, OCD, giftedness, etc.) and how these pieces may shape their relationships, work, and personal fulfillment. The focus of our work together is highly individualized and collaborative. We begin by exploring your unique experiences and patterns to learn more about the layers of your neurodivergence, integrating this understanding into your self-narrative. This process allows you to better understand your own needs, values, and strengths. From there, we apply these insights into the contexts of your life. From relationships, to the workplace, parenthood, and more. The work is all focused on bringing you the clarity needed to embark on a new path toward a life that feels authentic and sustainable. My primary goal is to provide you with a congruent understanding of self that reduces the energy drain of masking, resistance, or self-criticism. Secondary outcomes tend to include improved relationships, more meaningful living, enhanced fulfillment, and a greater sense of existential alignment. Sessions are a mix of emotional exploration and collaborative discourse, grounded in neurodiversity-affirming frameworks and non-pathologizing approaches. I draw on Coherence Therapy to uncover and transform old, outdated emotional learnings, integrating critical elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational and humanistic modalities. I work with clients (14+) across NC for therapy and globally for coaching, offering sessions 2 times per month for an ongoing period. My approach is deeply informed by lived experience and professional education, with clients often describing me as skilled, attuned, and deeply invested in their growth. If this resonates with you, I invite you to complete the form below to inquire about the possibility of starting your journey toward a life of greater balance, authenticity, and fulfillment.
