First and foremost, I believe in you. I believe the answers to the challenges you face exist within you. Therapy can help individuals or couples discover new perspectives, learn effective tools, and regain hope for tomorrow. Bio: I am a wife and mother of four. Our family lives in a 100-plus-year-old house and farms on the land. My Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy is from Pacific Lutheran University. I started my private practice in 2012. I truly believe my career is the best in the world. I feel honored to have witnessed many individuals grow and heal. Limits of Care: I work exclusively on Saturdays. A client enters into therapy with me with the understanding that if they currently have or develop acute mental health challenges such as being actively suicidal or homicidal, are engaged in a domestic violence situation or experience other challenges I deem beyond the level of care I can provide with my schedule/availability I will provide a referral to another mental health care provider that can better meet the client's needs. I strive to provide an open and affirming environment for clients of all different orientations, beliefs, and backgrounds.
