Introduction

Are you stuck? Is what you have tried not working as well as you would like, or not at all? Are you ready to take a step towards growth, healing, and feeling better? I can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore all of these questions and intentions. I am empathic and open-minded, allowing each person to share their unique self in therapy. Therapy can be challenging and emotional, and together we can set goals that move you towards healing and self-improvement. I take a holistic approach to therapy, with emphasis on your biological needs (sleep, nutrition, physical illness, etc). Therapy may be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs and goals. My therapeutic model is humanistic and person-centered, meaning I focus on the person as a whole and see everyone with a potential for growth. I also understand a person comes from a system of relationships that can impact their lives. Lastly, I incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, including coping skills and understanding the connection between a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Sessions are $150 for telehealth and $160 for in-person. Please inquire via email for in-person sessions. I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not take insurance, but can provide you a SuperBill for you to submit to your insurance (reimbursement rates vary).
