Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? Are you a people pleaser struggling to find space for your own needs? Are you ready to explore, heal, and grow? Life can be tough, and reaching out for help is a brave step towards change. I love working long term with clients who are committed to building a therapeutic relationship that supports you through challenges and successes. I’m here to provide a safe and compassionate space where we tackle challenges together as a collaborative team. I am passionate about helping you realize and build the life you want and finding ways to help you connect with communities that uplift you. I blend different approaches informed by feminist and social justice frameworks to create a personalized plan that suits your unique needs. I provide trauma-informed care to help you build resilience and leverage your strengths. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, or just need someone to talk to, we'll work together to find your path forward. My counseling style is all about being real and engaged; my goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. In our sessions you can expect authentic connection, shared emotions, honest feedback, and even some laughs.
