Welcome to my practice! I am a dynamic clinician who will meet each session with compassion and enthusiasm. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and will work to identify areas of concern and provide appropriate, skilled interventions, with an emphasis in client centered practice. I pride myself on collaborating effectively with individuals and their resources to improve problems and overall well-being. I practice from a trauma informed, feminist perspective, am culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ friendly. All bodies, all identities, and all relationship styles are welcome. I completed my Masters of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Practice at The Catholic University of America. My career spans non-profit, government, private, and corporate sectors, specializing in major mental health diagnoses, substance abuse, and crisis intervention. Along with my private practice, I serve INOVA's behavioral health and substance abuse departments as a group facilitator. Finally, I am a Doctor of Social Work Candidate at Tulane University with research in post trauma and neurodivergence.
