I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been in the field in various capacities since 2006. I received both a bachelors and a masters degree in the field of social work from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater MA. While there, I studied a multitude of therapeutic strategies proven to support clients in their healing journeys. I specialize in working with clients experiencing symptoms related to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD/trauma related disorders, life changes, aging, disability, and caregiver stress. I typically use an eclectic mix of therapeutic strategies to best support your specific needs, with a focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I am committed to providing an encouraging, supportive, and safe therapeutic space for all- everyone is welcome and accepted here.
