Hi! I'm Allison, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people better themselves and get to a healthier and happier place emotionally and relationally. As your therapist, I will collaborate with you to gain the insight and coping skills necessary to work through your problems and live a life that is authentic and unique to you. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, couple relationships, family stress, identity, or any other issue, it is my goal to provide you a different perspective on your problems and help you better understand your emotions. With couples, I focus on helping partners improve communication, revitalize intimacy, and reconnect emotionally. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment to encourage personal or relational growth and healing.
