My clients are ages 16-26 with big goals, but life feels hard. Often they are transitioning into college, through college or out of college into the working world. They often suspect they are neurodiverse or have sensory-processing sensitive, also known as being highly sensitive. They find themselves overstimulated and overwhelmed. They've been told they are a "perfectionist." Their goals are to utilize therapy to figure out how to not only survive, but thrive. My approach is intuitive and empathic. I am a highly-sensitive person myself, which helps my clients feel understood. I can often relate on a first-hand basis to how they feel. With the right support, I believe humans have a natural drive toward balance, order and growth. Call or email me today to see if I could be that "right" support for you in your efforts toward feeling better!
