Introduction

Welcome to my practice! I offer a safe (and fun) space for healing and self-discovery using a prescriptive approach which addresses the needs of each specific client. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use play to help individual clients, parents, and families strengthen relationships, overcome challenges, and so much more. Mindfulness is also an impactful part of my practice. Mindfulness is proven to help with anxiety and stress reduction, and mindfulness practice can help individuals of all ages.
