My role as a therapist is to provide a safe container to face that which burdens you, and also inspire that which moves you. My therapeutic style is relational, compassionate and reflective. I have been practicing since 2006. I have worked with individuals, and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain/illness, childhood trauma, grief and life transitions. My back ground draws from an eclectic approach and an array of experiences, I believe that each client's needs are unique. In therapy, I use a combination of psychodynamic, holistic, mindfulness, and client centered approaches. I tailor my approach to fit best with my client's current needs.
