Introduction

Welcome to my page. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist with 10+ years of experience working in mental health clinics and other social service settings. I graduated from top schools, like Columbia University and NYU. I truly feel that clients would like a therapist that genuinely cares for them and I am that person. My specialties are in Mood disorders like Depression, also Anxiety, Trauma, grief, relationship concerns and career issues. My treatment modalities are mainly in supportive emotional psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I conduct individual therapy sessions, couples counseling and group therapy sessions. My clients come to me feeling lost and stuck and come out feeling positive, energized and optimistic about life. I am looking forward to working with you.
