Introduction

Starting therapy is a big step in your journey and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming at times. I offer a free phone consultation to see if I would be the right fit for you, and if I’m not, that’s okay! Part of what makes therapy effective is finding someone you feel comfortable with, someone who you feel you are able to be your true self. As your counselor, I walk alongside you to support you in navigating the waters of your life and empower you to regain control and make positive changes. I work with those feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, and experiencing difficulty adjusting to life changes and life transitions. I enjoy helping others who are looking to take control of their worry and anxiety, gain insight in their lives, improve their relationships with themselves and others, increase self-compassion and self-love, improve their work-life balance, or balance their life and the role of parenting. In our work together, we may focus on ways to cope with stressors and negative feelings, evaluating and/ or changing negative habits and thought patterns, challenging anxious thoughts, improving communication, practicing self-care, developing a greater sense of awareness, identifying and working through challenges you face, and developing a positive sense of self. I have been providing counseling services for 9 years. I have a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida My practice is 100% online and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with clients located in Florida. I provide teletherapy through a secure online counseling platform that utilizes convenient live video sessions in the comfort of your home. I offer self-pay options and accept Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, and Oxford insurances.
