Introduction

Bad things are bound to happen in life - this is just part of being alive. Sometimes it is easy for us to bounce back to our to normal lives & then there are those other times where it seems as if we are stuck on a rollercoaster of emotions with no end in sight. And then at other moments, we think that we've dealt with this bad thing, only to have it keep popping up in random ways in our lives. Being in that kind of place can feel frustrating, confusing, lonely, and let's face it, pretty scary because it is difficult to know what to do, where to go, or who to turn to for help. I often hear this feeling described to me by my clients & I seem to have a knack for helping them feel understood & getting them back to where they want to be by creating the right environment for healing. It is my goal to help you learn tangible coping skills that will empower you to be yourself and create the life you want to live. Life is hard, trauma and other difficult events make it harder. Don't let trauma continue to convince you are alone in this! I am an EMDR Certified Therapist that is here to do this with you in a compassionate, safe, & non-judgmental way! Contact me for a free 15-20 minute consultation.
