As a woman dedicated to caregiving and healing, you often prioritize others while your own needs take a backseat. When I'm not working, I love traveling to new places with my Partner and daughter, exploring new foods, reading, staying active, horseback riding, ice-skating, and seeking out the nearest beach to relax and recharge.
