I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and currently obtaining my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. I offer a non-judgemental, safe space to help you process and understand yourself more. I believe this is beneficial and important in reaching any goals you may have for your therapeutic journey. Amongst many other interventions, we will identify any patterns that are not serving you in a healthy way, why they are there, and how/where they originated. This deep dive allows us gain an incredible amount of knowledge to who you are as a person and to restructure those patterns and unlearn unhealthy behaviors. I want you to live a life you have dreamed of, one that is realistic but healthy and that serves your highest and best self. My therapeutic experience includes working with the following issues: anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD/ADD, adolescent issues, PTSD, C-PTSD, abandoment, relationship issues, and generational trauma. I utilize the following theoretical approaches: Virginia Satir's Communications Approach, Contextual, Strategic, Structural, and Systems Theory. The therapeutic tools I utilize in session are: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Enneagram, and tools related to the theoretical orientations I use.
