Burnout can affect people in any stage of career or sport, and I can help you to reconnect, with yourself, identify and realign with your values and rediscover meaning. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, & empowering space to explore how. My clients range across ages 15+ and challenges from burnout, self-esteem, ADHD, high performance/intelligence, perfectionism, grief/loss, relationships, trauma, and self improvement. In a collaborative approach, we work towards you learning how to manage the myriad pressures of a busy life. We find new ways to experience the past, (re)build love and trust in the present, and move with empathy and connection towards the future. In a world of perplexing disconnection, I gravitate toward an integrative approach to support clients gain healthy relationships with yourself, people close to you, and the world at large. If you want to reduce burnout, have a better work life balance while still excelling, if you want to find and embrace your authentic self, and live the life you want, let's work together and help get you there. I lead with curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor, to help you become your authentic self and live life as fully as you can! To me, therapy is walking alongside clients through their challenges, through their goals, and empowering them along the way to the life they choose to lead. As for therapeutic approaches, I use an integrative approach as I don’t believe that one size fits all. I tend to lean towards an integrative approach to help you gain the emotional connection with self, others, and the world. I tend to lean towards Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, with some Internal Family Systems thrown in, but I like to adapt to whatever you need at the time.
