To me, therapy is walking alongside clients through their challenges, through their goals, and empowering them along the way to the life they choose to lead. In therapy with me, we lead with curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor, prioritizing mental and physical health and wellness via a holistic and strengths-based approach. As for therapeutic approaches, I use an integrative approach as I don’t believe that one size fits all. I tend to lean towards Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, with some Internal Family Systems thrown in, but I like to adapt to whatever the client needs at the time. In a world of perplexing disconnection, I gravitate toward an integrative approach to support clients gain the emotional connection with self, others, and the world.
