I help millennial women of color make sense of their painful dating experiences and heal old relationship wounds. I work with my clients to co-create a nurturing, reflective environment. We work together to find patterns in relationships and tend to old wounds. My clients are kind, insightful, and wise, and are seeking support to talk through the pain of self-doubt that so often accompanies the dating process. My background in human sexuality and clinical social work allow me to help my clients explore issues like grief, self-doubt, body image, and nuanced relational patterns in a nurturing environment. I can help you move forward, towards authentic connection. I will never expect you to educate me on the impacts of your racial, gender, and sexual identities; I will always trust your intuitive wisdom about your own experiences.
