Introduction

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I am licensed in the following states: - North Carolina - South Carolina - Florida - Utah I obtained my Masters degree from the University of Central Florida, and began my professional career at a non-profit counseling center while I worked towards licensure. I moved to North Carolina and maintained my credentials while raising my young children, and am now able to serve clients again. I'm excited to offer support to clients working on achieving their goals and improving their mental health. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all, and allow clients to discuss and explore any concerns they may have regarding their mental health, whether it's anxiety, depression, women's issues, or self-care. I am here to support you, and offer a sounding board in which we work through those blocks you have, and strive towards personal development, however that looks to you. This is a judgment-free space, where we can talk about anything--this is your time. For more information, please visit my website: adgatecounseling.com When I am not seeing clients, I love to spend time with my family, or work on my next novel. Can't wait to meet you!
