For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed being a listening ear for loved ones or even strangers. Whether the situation was seemingly large or small, I found great joy in assisting others with navigating life's stressors and finding some sense of resolution. This lifelong passion led me to obtaining a Masters degree in Social Work from The University of Alabama to gain knowledge and skills necessary to better serve others. I have over a decade of experience working with adults experiencing trauma, crisis, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and unhealthy relationships. I am most passionate about maternal mental health and working with women adjusting to motherhood or experiencing fertility issues such as troubles with conception, pregnancy after loss, or childlessness by choice or circumstances. Everyone has a story to tell. Allow me to be a listening ear for yours even when you feel alone and as if no one wants to hear your story. Together we can navigate your story in order to guide you to your best YOU!
