From navigating a Life Transition, experiencing PTSD from a Traumatic Event, struggling with your Self-Esteem, dealing with Career Challenges, battling ADHD, or just feeling the Overwhelm of everyday life... you are not alone! What you are experiencing is very real and seeking help shows bravery and strength. I believe that with the right support and approach, healing and lasting change are possible and within reach. My role is simple, I am here to support and walk alongside you as we navigate this together. I see you as a whole person, who is worthy of love and unconditional acceptance, regardless of where you are on your journey. I am trauma-trained with additional knowledge & understanding of working with disabilities. I receiving my Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, providing me with extensive training in Career Counseling, Coaching, & Vocational needs. At the end of the day, my hope is that you feel guided, supported, and empowered to recognize your abilities, understand your strengths, and have confidence in the choices you make, leading you to live an independent and meaningful life.
