Introduction

Adolescents Are you struggling to connect with your pre-teen or teen? Do you find yourself in arguments that feel unwinnable? Do you see your teen struggling with anxiety, poor self-esteem, relationship issues and don’t know how to help? Help is out there!! No question, these past two years have been stressful for us all, add this to an already tumultuous time in your teen's development and you may feel a bit overwhelmed. The good news? Teens are amazing in their resilience and their ability to change and grow. Through thoughtful goal setting and hard work, we can strive to restore peace and build a healthy foundation for your teen. Adults As adults, we are often expected to have all the answers, but we are faced with struggles that may feel insurmountable. I have worked with adults in many settings and am skilled in helping individuals work through a wide range of interpersonal struggles. You may not realize it, but it is an exciting time we live in. It’s a time when people are beginning to realize that they don’t have to struggle in silence and don’t have to shoulder the burden of difficult emotions on their own. How wonderful it is that we don’t have to be held hostage by our past experiences and that these experiences don’t have to define who we are or who you will become. Together, we can find new ways to improve mood, manage anxiety and depression, and create a culture of growth within your life. I truly believe it is within all of us to have the life we desire, the life we deserve. “Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take a step.” -Naeem Callaway
