My goal is to always provide a safe place for my clients to process their experiences, goals, core beliefs, and values; to provide gentle assistance as they make the decisions that are a reflection of who they are. Together, we problem-solve, laugh, cry, learn, grow, and do it all over again as many times as it takes while clients evolve to fully be who they were meant to be. My areas of focus and specialty are criminal and addictive thinking, trauma, working with children and teens, couples, and families. Individual therapy is wonderful and the magic of group therapy, when individuals are working together to grow in an area of focus through support, encouragement, and accountability is priceless. Broken families, distressed children, unrelenting addictions, professional roadblocks, and relational discord happen all around us and to us every day. These are not things anyone should have to walk through alone. Help, and someone who genuinely cares, is just a phone call, email, or text away.
