Introduction

I work with adults of any gender expression who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or symptoms that interfere with daily life. I particularly love client work that engages in identity exploration, reflecting on and healing attachment styles, and reparenting. I have specialized experience treating clients with disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns as well. I have a warm and humorous approach with my clients, and strive to find strategies that work best for each individual's brain.
