Through therapy we will explore how your personal barriers, history, anxiety, and moods prevent you from finding the peace you are seeking. I enjoy working with women and men who are wanting to explore patterns and seek positive change. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment to promote healing. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy (PCT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I received my undergraduate degree from DeSales University with a major in Social Work and my Masters In Social Work with a concentration in Behavioral Health from Marywood University. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, marital and relationship difficulties, grief & loss, self-esteem and transitional stages in life development. As a strong believer in examining issues of the mind, body and soul, I encourage clients to explore these vital components of the whole person in finding solutions to promote peace and healing.
