Introduction

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and therefore strive for a collaborative yet supportive therapeutic relationship. I hope to be a steady and trusted traveling companion on your healing journey. At Nest Counseling Center, you will find a safe place where you are supported in your vulnerability and encouraged to discover and nurture your strengths. While a nest will provide comfort and support, it is not a permanent residence. A nest is a space to launch from and take flight. My hope is for Nest Counseling Center to be only a short stop on your journey, that you take the growth and change you experience in the safety of the therapy space with you as you move toward meaning and purpose.
