More people struggle with anxiety and depression than would like to admit it. It can also feel very isolating and hopeless at times. No matter who you are it can be important to talk to someone who can help with processing your experiences. If you are motivated for change and looking for someone to keep you accountable, you have come to the right place. I have struggled with anxiety and depression first hand and hope to bring my personal and professional experiences in to help. Every person is unique, so every therapeutic experience is unique. I like to use a Cognitive Behavioral inspired approach to examine patterns and behaviors to find positive exceptions to build off of. I know it can be hard to ask for help. My goal is to always create a judge free environment where client's can speak freely about their issues. It is important to me to have open and transparent communication with my clients in order to give them what they need. This is YOUR space to do with it as you want.
