My passion is to be a safe, non-anxious presence to allow you to become undone from past trauma and pain and pieced back together in a way that leads to your personal flourishing. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, as you are a unique individual with your own needs, strengths, and challenges. For this reason, I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to best serve my clients’ needs as an individual.
