Introduction

I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and specialized training and experience in working with multiple types of traumatic experiences as well as disordered eating. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, and disordered eating. I am trained in Brainspotting (BSP) as well as Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), both of which I love utilizing where helpful with my clients. I believe in truly attuning to my clients, listening to what your nervous system needs and working to help you better attune to your own needs as well.
