The most rewarding part of my job is helping others. Whether it’s sharing in moments of triumph or offering comfort in times of tragedy, I am passionate about providing the best possible care for my patients. I have experience in group and individual therapy, with a focus on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, parenting and caregiving concerns, compassion fatigue and recovery. To help patients set and meet personal goals, I combine evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy with a strengths-based approach. Albert Einstein said, “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." We can all get a little stuck sometimes and can use assistance in changing our perspectives.
